draw shapes with comments (ie visio- circles, arrows, etc)

As a web developer, I'd like some visio-like shapes to be able to point out problems with webpages. A little area attached to the shape to leave a comment would be nice instead of creating a sticky note next to each shape.

        Probably better to spin off a 2nd initiative, WebMarkup - that focuses on this idea. The strength of WebNotes I see, is the Report Generator / Branding.
