Rather then folders. I would love to be able to tag my notes. So things could have multiple categories

This will help us use it with intermittent connections or offline. We can sync it back when we have access.

Currently we have no control of how highlights and sticky notes are sorted in the Organizer. Giving at least some rudimentary options here (by date, alphabetical, etc. - both ascending and descending) would be nice. Best would be to have some kind of functionality that allows you to choose precisely how you want the information sorted (assigning notes & stickies a sort order value).

Allow us to have a title for notes.

This is something I am missing very much - and thats why I still prefer using Google Notepad!

Working with WebNotes would be much easier, if there was possibility to make a reference list in one of the standards (styles like: Harvard, Vancouver, ACM, ACS etc.) - either a text version or an XML file to import to Word, so that it enabled the user just to choose the source (and Word does the rest). So as to add such functionality, there should be also standard fields to describe the annotations/sources - type of publication, title, author, date of issue etc.

When sharing, I'd like to be able to have my gmail contacts handy.

Currently, if you have 2 notes or highlights on the same page, there doesn't seem to be a way to assign them to different folders in the Organizer. It would be nice to have that ability.

Save html or PNG screencap in notes to enable "view as it was when note taken" feature. This way you can view tricky ajax pages and watch the evolution of a page.

I'm watching my competition and if I save a note saying "look at this interesting offer he has", it serves me no good if he changes his design 2 days later and now there is a disconnect. Save it in a cloud file server!

As a web developer, I'd like some visio-like shapes to be able to point out problems with webpages. A little area attached to the shape to leave a comment would be nice instead of creating a sticky note next to each shape.

I just created a Sticky Note that's a little long. (I would have just used Delicious.com, frankly, but I wanted to keep it under a certain folder I have already created.)

Since the Sticky Note is long, it'd be nice if notes were collapsible with a single click, and then expandable with another click.

Currently national characters are available while editing sticky notes for websites, but not for uploaded PDFs.

Today I have mistakenly selected an entire page as highlighted, resulting in lost highlights that I have previously made. It would be great if I could undo my last action and retrieve my lost highlights.
